Why did you pick our company?:  The right length of trip which included hiking
Was your reservation agent courteous and informative?: Absolutely
Was there any additional info you wish you had known before your trip? (transportation, packing, on-river): Every question we had before our trip was answered and we were impressed with the reservation agent.
Were the river guides friendly, helpful and concerned about your needs?: the best ever
Were the river guides knowledgeable and willing to share their knowledge about the canyon?: from geology to river lore…excellent
If you could have the guides improve in any area, what would it be?: I can not see how Julie, Joe, Matt or Riley could have been any better. They were courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and fun.
Did you feel the equipment and rafts were adequate and suited your needs?: no problems at all
What was your favorite meal?:   anything with fresh fruits or veggies
What was your least favorite meal?: I liked all
Rate your trip – 1 being awful and 10 being great: 10+
Would you recommend this trip to a friend?: yes and already have
If you could change anything about the trip, what would that be?: The weather, but mother nature has her own plans
Additional Comments?: The hike at havasu and deer falls…all the side hikes were incredible…the guides were so informative and supportive. Matt took us on a long hike at trinity which was so quiet and peaceful…I enjoyed all aspects of our trip.
