"The highlight of the white water raft trip for me was just getting into the rhythm of being on the river in such a special place every day and sharing the experience with others. I loved going to sleep with the rush of the current, the bats darting overhead, the stars coming out, and then waking up to see the sun slowly lighting the far canyon walls and looking forward to another day as I heard the call for coffee. Also plunging into blue Havasu Creek after being in the brown Colorado River . The highlight for my husband was the hike above Deer Creek Falls and floating down the rapids on the Little Colorado. I really appreciated all the river guides – Brock is a strong trip leader. The meals were very impressive, I liked the spaghetti (great homemade sauce by Thea) and salmon the best."
