Grand Canyon Whitewater provides a good amount of different types of regular and diet soda on the river. Clean drinking water, Gatorade (or similar) powder and lemonade powder are also available all day, every day for rafters. We think we’ve got you covered! However, if there is a certain brand of soda that you cannot live without, please bring it! We’ll be happy to store it for you and you don’t have to fear that you won’t have enough Mountain Dew or whatever your pleasure.
Same thing goes for snacks. GCW provides a good assortment of snacks including granola bars, candy bars, mixed nuts, chips, cookies, apples and oranges. But if you can’t live without beef jerky or your butterscotch hard candies, please bring them! Don’t store food in your personal bags overnight, though, or you’ll attract little critters. Your guides can show you a good place to stash your snacks while in camp so those critters don’t come snooping.
ALSO remember that Grand Canyon Whitewater does not provide alcoholic beverages. You are welcome to bring drinks (not in glass) – take a look in your informational packet for more details on bringing booze on your rafting trip.
