“This trip had all the weather you can imagine: slow rain, dumping rain, rain at lunch, rain all night. And the lightning and wind which would try to take your tent. Sitting in the tent wrestling with the wind is kind of a cool and frightening experience. The guides were awesome preparing dinner in that dumping rain. My daughter was seriously afraid we wouldn’t eat that night but hats off for the guides.
Hermit Rapid was great! Exploring National Canyon was cool too. Happy guitar playing at night and, you know, the whole package was perfect!”
