"I am writing to tell you what a great trip I had with your company. I was on the 10 Day Oar-Powered Rafting trip in May 2011. I have lost count of exactly how many trips I have had rafting the Colorado but it is somewhere between 13 and 15 times. My sister, who was with me, has completed about 6 or 7 times. I think that this qualifies me to give you a realistic evaluation on your new company.
I was very impressed with the quality of your trip. The gear was new, the food was amazing and your people were extremely competent and accommodating. The support boat with all the extras was greatly appreciated. 
I would like to especially praise the trip leader, Brock, and Chris. Brock took good care of both his passengers and his crew. He did an amazing job making sure everything was smooth, well-paced and comfortable. This is our second trip with Chris and his knowledge of the Colorado River and its lore is impressive. 
This was my best trip ever. I fully expect to return to the river, whenever possible. I also intend to travel down the Colorado with you. Hope to see you again, sooner rather than later!"
