Did you notice our blog has a search tool? You can plug any number of words or phrases in there and, chances are, you’ll find an article that addresses your question. We’ve blogged about a plethora of things over the years, from river factoids to fun things to do in the area to FAQs. So stick around a minute and have a look around!

We’ve got some other neat research tools as well. For example, have you browsed any of our YouTube videos? We’ve got videos made by our guests, how-to videos, and some just plain informative videos about life below the Rim. We’re hearing from lots of folks that these videos are really helping give them a realistic idea of what to expect on their upcoming adventure.

We also have a new chat feature on our website. See it down there in the left-hand corner of our homepage? That’s a quick and easy way to shoot us a question during office hours. If you happen to chat with us outside of office hours, we’ll get back to you as soon as we’re back at our desks.

We also send out what we hope are useful, insightful “insider tips” emails to guests booked on our trips.

And we’re also accessible by email, phone, and social media — we’re on our Facebook page daily. Point is, we try really hard to get good information out there for you guys! But, we can’t anticipate every question, so we also try really hard to make it easy to get in touch with us! Take a look at some of the resources we’ve put together, or just give us a shout.
