Hiker’s Special 15 Day Oar
The Hiker’s Special 15 Day Oar is our longest raft trip, and offers the most time for exploring, hiking, camping and relaxing within the Canyon. The 15 Day Oar trip starts at Lees Ferry and continues whitewater rafting 225 miles of the Colorado River to Diamond Creek. This raft trip is great for those who wish to connect with the Canyon at a more leisurely pace, yet still experience the vastness of the Canyon. With our optional round-trip transportation from Flagstaff, AZ, this is a wonderful and convenient Grand Canyon vacation!
Hiker’s Special 11 Day Motor
The Hiker’s Special 11 Day Motor is our longest motorized rafting trip and will allow you ample time in the Canyon from Lees Ferry to Diamond Creek at mile 225. On this excursion, you will raft world-class whitewater, camp on sandy Grand Canyon beaches each night, explore winding side canyon trails and waterfalls, and view ancient ruins. With the transportation package, this raft trip is a nice round-trip vacation from Flagstaff, AZ.
Hiker’s Special 9 Day Oar w/ Hike In
The Hiker’s Special 9 Day Oar with Hike In is offered only once a year and is for those wanting to do a lot of hiking during their rafting adventure. The trip begins with an 8-mile hike into the Grand Canyon from the South Rim down to the Colorado River at river mile 88. From there you jump right in to rafting 135 rapid-filled river miles, camping along sandy beaches each night, all the way to Diamond Creek. This trip gives you more time to explore the many side canyons and waterfalls, just a quick hike away from the river’s edge. You will be returned to either South Rim or Flagstaff, AZ at the end of the trip.

The Hiker’s Special 7 Day Oar with Hike Out is only run once a year and was created for hiking enthusiasts. This rafting trip embarks from Lees Ferry and continues through the stunning rock formations of Marble Canyon, camping each night on sandy beaches, on to river mile 88. On the seventh day, you begin your tough 8-mile hike from the river to South Rim. Our included transportation package makes this an easy round trip from Flagstaff, AZ.
