“I strongly recommend doing this trip as early as possible in the season. With the exception of the first day, which was unseasonably cold, the weather was perfect. A couple of months later I suspect would have been unbearably hot, at least for me. One of the most impressive aspects of the trip was the guides’ commitment to and education of the conserving the environment. The trip, which I had been contemplating for decades, exceeded my highest expectations. I expect to be back to do the Lower Canyon next year.”
